Should you come to Cologne in order to participate in one of our auction please don't forget to bring your ID or your passport with you. It serves as your deposit for a bidder card. Keep the card in a safe place, because you don't only need the card for bidding, but also to clear your account afterwards.

If you desire to participate in bidding on a certain lot please make sure your card is raised high enough, so the auctioneer can accept your bid.
Should you mistakenly have raised your card for the wrong lot, don't worry. Just reassure that the auctioneer notes what happened so he can consider calling up this lot one more time.

Your account has to be cleared immediately after the auction has terminated or you are done with bidding.

Please doublecheck the lots you have bought and received. All later complaints will not be considered.
